Viking Enclave is located in Pearl Island the third biggest island of the Las Perlas archipelago, a cluster of ecologically rich islands located approximately 30 miles off the coast of Panama. They are the only regional cluster of islands suitable for development over a stretch of roughly 4,000 km from the west coast of Mexico to Ecuador. The Island is conveniently accessible by air and by sea, boasting an operational 1,000-meter runway and 47-berth marina, which can be reached by plane or helicopter in 20 minutes from Panama International Airport and in one hour and fifteen minutes by boat from Panama City. Its ideal geographical location also benefits from a constant tropical climate outside the hurricane zone.
